Today, Tuesday, October 10, 2023, Mansoura University organized a major celebration on the occasion of the golden jubilee of the glorious October victories in the celebration hall of the Faculty of Commerce.
In the presence of Professor Dr. Sherif Youssef Khater, President of Mansoura University, Dr. Ayman Mukhtar, Governor of Dakahlia, Major General Khaled Eid - Head of the East Delta Region for National Security, Major General Staff Ali Hefzy, one of the heroes of October and former Deputy Minister of Defense and former Governor of North Sinai, Professor Dr. Mohamed Attia Al-Bayoumi, Vice President of the University for Education and Students, and Dr. Ahmed Gamal Mousa, former Minister of Education and Higher Education.

The celebration included an exhibition of the glorious battle of the October War, sculpture and photography, the opening of the Dr. Ibrahim Al-Mahdi Conference Hall after its development, and the announcement of the results of the summit stamp and coin competition on the occasion of the celebration of the golden jubilee of the October Victories, honoring the faculty members who participated in the October War of 1973, and a symposium by Major General Ali Hefzy on The victories of October and the challenges of the future. The celebration also included patriotic musical segments and a singing segment of patriotic songs that were released after the victory.
