The symposium covered an introduction to the definition of cancer, its incidence in the elderly, the causes, signs and symptoms of cancer, how to diagnose it, the stages of cancer according to the World Health Organization, its complications, and how to treat and prevent it.

The students measured the elderly’s pulse and blood pressure, and health brochures were distributed about cancer among the elderly, as well as distributing samples of meals and gifts provided by male and female students of Group 6 A.
