Honoring the Head of the Department of Community Health Nursing as the Ideal Mother at Mansoura University for the year 2024.
Professor Dr. Sherif Youssef Khater, President of Mansoura University, witnessed today, Wednesday, March 20, 2024, a celebration of Mother's Day in the presence of Professor Dr. Mohamed Attia El-Beoumi, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Mohamed Abdel Azeem, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, Professor Mohamed Abdel Latif, University Secretary-General, Dr. Amina Shalaby, Secretary-General of the National Council for Women in Dakahlia, deans and vice deans of faculties, assistant secretaries, directors of hospitals and specialized medical centers affiliated with the university, the Director of the Military Education Administration, exemplary mothers at the university, faculty members, administrative staff, and university students.
Dr. Sahar Mohamed Soliman, Head of the Department of Community Health Nursing, was honored with the title of Ideal Mother at Mansoura University for the year 2024.

According to the plan of the Department of Community Health Nursing for community service and environmental development, a seminar titled "Cow's Milk Allergy in Children" was held on Sunday, March 10th, at the Maternal and Child Care Unit in Tala, as part of the community service and environmental development plan specific to the Department of Community Health Nursing.
A awareness seminar about electronic games and their risks on children* was conducted at Miet Khamees Elementary School.

The seminar took place on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, focusing on ways to mitigate the risks of electronic games by organizing dedicated screen time, encouraging physical exercises, and promoting entertaining storytelling for children.
The seminar highlighted the numerous benefits of electronic games, including stress relief during leisure time, enhancing creativity, mental development, cognitive skills, improving hand-eye coordination, and auditory perception.
On the other hand, the seminar addressed various negative impacts that cannot be ignored, such as prolonged sedentary behavior leading to reduced activity levels, social isolation, potential eating disorders like obesity, and occasional loss of appetite.
