1- Identifying distinguished researches and transferring them into developmental productive projects that serve national industry sector.
2- Promoting awareness of the importance of partnership between research and administrative bodies from one side and project owners from the other to support industrial development.
Devising a new vision for knowledge based national industry through:
1- Making use of the international experiments for developing information based technology in founding an industrial knowledge community.
2- Finding innovative solutions to face the challenges posed by the creation & activation of the prioritization of technology, incubators, free zones, intellectual prperty rights, etc....
Creating an effective role for Mansoura University in supporting national industry through:
1- Linking university education to the needs of national industry and creating caders for a modern industrial work market.
2- Offering an authentic model for partnership between university and industry and taking the neccessary measures for its activation, and evaluation as well as usage of its output.
