A workshop at the Faculty of Nursing, Mansoura University, about the incision academy- one of the knowledge treasures of the Egyptian Knowledge Bank
In order to activate the strategy of Mansoura University to develop teaching and learning systems, and considering the Egyptian knowledge Bank (EKB) project - the largest treasures of knowledge sources in Egypt, because it contains resources from international publishing organizations such as Oxford, Cambridge, and National Geographic, which enables and provides the opportunity for students and researchers to obtain free resources for education. The workshop was conducted in which Eng. Ahmed Safwat - The official coordinator member of the Incision Academy trained the department coordinators for the Knowledge Bank, among the faculty members and student assistants of the four academic levels. The academy specialized in teaching surgical and medical skills Certified by the Royal College of Surgeons of England. In preparation for training all faculty members and students to participate in this great base, which helps to take many practical training courses with accredited certificates.
The workshop was held On Monday, August 2021, at the Faculty with the honor of presence of Dr. Mostafa Shalaby – lecturer of surgery at the Faculty of Medicine, Mansoura UUniversit- Director of the Continuing Medical Education Unit at Mansoura Medicine and Coordinator of the Knowledge Bank at Mansoura University. In addition, Dr. Rania Al-Kurdi - Coordinator of the Egyptian Knowledge Bank at the Faculty. Under the patronage of Prof. Ashraf Abdel Baset, President of Mansoura University, Prof. Mohamed Attia AAl-Bayouy, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Amina El-Nimr-Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Mansoura University, and Prof. Rabab El-Sayed Hassan, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs at the faculty
