The International Students Unit at the Faculty of Nursing, Mansoura University, extends its heartfelt congratulations to researcher Talal bin Mohammed Al-Otaibi on the occasion of his successful defense of his Master's thesis. He is the first Saudi international student to earn a Master's degree at the faculty.

His thesis was titled:
*"The Relationship Between the Nursing Work Environment, Patient Safety Culture, and Nurses' Intent to Stay in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia."*

The defense took place on Sunday, August 18, 2024, in the Conference Hall of the Faculty of Nursing, Mansoura University.

The thesis supervision committee consisted of:
