Excellent success of the second faculty of nursing post graduate conference , Mansoura University under the title of "improving scientific research." under the patronage and presence of Prof. Dr. Mohammad Hassan El-Kenawy "university president" and the leadership and presence of Prof. Dr. Ashraf Sweilem "Vice President for Post graduate and Research", and Prof. Dr. Amina El nemr " Dean of Faculty of Nursing ", Prof. Dr. Wafaa Ismail "Vice Dean for Post graduate and Research", Prof. Dr. Waffa Gamil " Vice Dean for Education and student Affairs" and Assist. Prof. Dr. Amira Ahmed Hassanein " General Secretary of the Conference" and a group of a academic staff from faculty members from inside and outside the university.
 At the beginning of the opening ceremony of the conference, Prof. Dr. Mohammad Hassan El-Kenawy " University president" illustrated that the continuous development of Faculty of Nursing was necessary to complete the march of the university for comprehensive development and praised for the outstanding organization of the conference. In addition, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Sweilem "Vice President for Post graduate and Research" added that the conference, including its success was the motive for the announcement to the preparations for Faculty of Nursing International Conference and its date will be determined at the first meeting of scientific and regulatory committee for the proposed conference.
Prof. Dr. Wafaa Ismail"Vice Dean for Post graduate and Research" said that the faculty is going on the processes of transforming the faculty national electronic magazine to an international magazine to help master and doctoral students to publish their research with less cost to complement the role of postgraduate studies and research in helping students to improve their scientific and technical level, as well as to raise the overall classification of the Faculty of Nursing, Mansoura University between Nursing Faculties in the Egyptian universities, respectively raising Mansoura University rating. Prof. Dr. Amina El nemr " Faculty Dean" said the conference had shown the harmony that exists between the faculty administration agents, staff members and their assistants and students, and bright picture that emerged by the faculty and various scientific aspects of the themes of the conference was one of the most important features of the conference and ended her talk by best wishes to further success and excellence.
