A German ALDAAD module was held within the Faculty of Nursing, Mansoura University, under the title "University Exams and Digital Questions' Banks"
Under the auspices of Prof. Ashraf Abdel Baset - President of Mansoura University, Prof. Ashraf Hafez - Vice President of the University for Graduate Studies and Research and under the supervision and care of Prof. Amina El-Nemr - Dean of the Faculty and Prof. Abeer Zakaria - Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research, coordinated by Dr. Sahar Abdel Rahman and the organization of Dr. Doa’a Wadi – lecturer in the Department of Pediatric Nursing and after the victory of the Faculty of Nursing - Mansoura University in the first level in the questions bank competition at the level of Mansoura University.
Today, Thursday 5/12/2019, the first module of the German DAAD Authority was held inside the Faculty of Nursing, Mansoura University, entitled "University Exams and Digital Questions' Banks".
Complementing the plan of the Faculty of Nursing - Mansoura University for training academic leaders, faculty members and the assisting body as well as continuing to support the faculty administration to enhance the level of the faculty members by placing electronic exams and question banks for their courses and following Egypt's 2030 strategy for digital transformation.
This is in response to the intense demand from faculty members and the assisting body to apply online for ALDAAD courses.
The workshop was held in the studies hall on the fourth floor in the faculty from nine o'clock in the morning until four o'clock in the afternoon.
In which Dr. Rasha Saad Sharaf - Assistant Professor of Comparative Education and Educational Administration and Vice President of the Egyptian University for E-Learning for Student Affairs and instructor of the German ALDAAD Authority Academy in Cairo - lectured. Her Excellency clarified the different types of questions and the rules for setting the university exam questions and how to diversity in placing questions on the model system and how to design and use the images using questions of different gradation of difficulty in agreement with the targeted learning outcomes under the umbrella of the learning management system (LMS).
The application was shared with the faculty members participating in the workshop and Dr. Samar Al-Ziyadi, lecturer in the Department of Pediatric Nursing, applies the application of how to enter and activate electronic questions via the MOODLE, in addition to applying a number of members, including Dr. Amal El-Sayed, Professor of Community Health Nursing Department, Dr. Rabab El-Sayed, Professor of Pediatric Nursing Department, and Dr. Mustafa Taj, Lecturer in Gerontological Nursing Department and Dr. Hanan Abu Bakr, Lecturer in Medical and Surgical Nursing Department.
