The Department of Critical and Emergency Nursing participated in a seminar entitled “Principles of First Aid” at the Al-Islah Charitable Complex in Dakahlia Governorate.
The seminar was conducted by Dr. Asmaa Mohamed Ahmed Al-Nassari, Lecturer in Critical Care Nursing.
The seminar aimed to
Introduce the concept and importance of first aid,Provide knowledge of the basic principles of first aid, Explain how to administer first aid for various injuries such as wounds, burns, and fainting,Teach how to respond to emergency cases such as choking.
This initiative contributed to enhancing the knowledge and practical skills of the participants in providing effective first aid in different emergency situations.
The seminar witnessed active participation and engagement from the attendees, marked by fruitful discussions and hands-on training, which helped reinforce the concepts and develop the necessary skills.
