The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing Council held on May 2025 meeting. Chaired by Professor Dr. Hanan El-Sayed Mohamed, Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing, the department council met on Monday, May 26, 2025, with the attendance of council members. The council discussed topics related to education and student affairs, as well as graduate studies. The council also followed up on quality work.
Under the supervision of Professor Dr. Hanan El-Sayed Mohamed, Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing, theoretical lectures for the Alternative Medicine in Nursing Practice course began according to the announced curriculum and schedules. Assistant Professor Dr. Marwa Ibrahim Hamdy also introduced the students to the course description and explained the first lecture.
Under supervision of Prof. Dr. Hanan El-Sayed, Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing, and in the presence of Dr. Enas Sabry Fathy, Lecturer of Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing and Course Coordinator, and Dr. Heba Abdel Rahim Zidan, Lecturer of Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing, and under the supervision of the department's assistant staff responsible for practical training, second-year students today began their first day of field training at the outpatient clinics of the new Gynecology Hospital, the internal gynecology departments of the main university hospital, and the fertility unit. The students demonstrated a high level of commitment, attendance, and enthusiasm during the practical training. We always wish our students continued success and excellence.
Woman's Health and Midwifery Nursing celebrated under the partonage of Professor Hanan Al-Sayed Muhammad and in the honor of presence of Prof. Amina El-Neimer - Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Abeer Zakaria- Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Nahed Kandeel- Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and all members of the teaching staff. The celebration was for the promotion of prof. Samia Ibrahim to the rank of Professor and the promotion of Dr. Shaima Fouad to the rank of Assistant Professor.
Today, Friday, January 5, 2024, the electronic test for the Health Education Education Strategies course of the Department of Woman's Health and Midwifery Nursing was conducted under the supervision of Prof. Amina El-Nemer - Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Abeer Zakaria - Vice Dean of the Faculty for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Hanan El-Sayed- Head of the Department, and Dr. Ahlam Gouda- Course Coordinator.
