The seminar took place on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, focusing on ways to mitigate the risks of electronic games by organizing dedicated screen time, encouraging physical exercises, and promoting entertaining storytelling for children.
The seminar highlighted the numerous benefits of electronic games, including stress relief during leisure time, enhancing creativity, mental development, cognitive skills, improving hand-eye coordination, and auditory perception.
On the other hand, the seminar addressed various negative impacts that cannot be ignored, such as prolonged sedentary behavior leading to reduced activity levels, social isolation, potential eating disorders like obesity, and occasional loss of appetite.
