A symposium was held entitled Sleep Disorders in the Elderly

The symposium covered an introduction to the definition of sleep, its importance, the stages of sleep, the biological clock, the characteristics of adequate sleep, the types of sleep disorders, the prevalence of sleep disorders among the elderly, people most vulnerable to sleep disorders, complications of sleep disorders, treatment of sleep disorders, and ways to improve sleep.
The students measured the elderly’s pulse and blood pressure, and health brochures were distributed about sleep disorders among the elderly, as well as distributing samples of meals and gifts provided by male and female students of Group A4.
