Praise be to ِAllah, on Saturday 10/26/2024, the first series of joint cooperation workshops between the Department of Nursing Administration and the University Children's Hospital was held within the framework of the community service and environmental development plan for the academic year 2024-2025

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. / Sherif Youssef Khater - President of Mansoura University, and

Prof. Dr. / Mohamed Abdel Azim - Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs and

the leadership of Prof. Dr. / Abeer Mohamed Zakaria - Acting Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, and

Prof. Dr. / Wafaa Fathy Selim - Vice Dean of the College for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs

And under the supervision of Prof. Dr. / Awatif Hassan Qasim - Head of the Department of Nursing Administration
And in coordination with A.L / Hanem Mohamed
A.L / Nora Atef El-Sayed
Assistant Lecturer of Nursing Administration.

Under the title of leadership patterns "Sacrificial Leadership" and lectured in it

The workshop was held for the University Children's Hospital in the hall of Prof. Dr. Al-Mahdi Al-Basousi
The workshop was attended by a group of people from various specialties of the hospital. The workshop addressed the nature of leadership styles and highlighted the characteristics and benefits of sacrificial leadership and its most distant aspects, the characteristics of the self-sacrificing leader, and deducing practical examples of this leadership style.
The workshop also witnessed effective interaction from the attendees and unit managers at the University Children's Hospital.
