A workshop Entitled: (Ethical Approval: Tips and Advices)

A workshop was held on Monday, 3/13/2023 organized by the Nursing Administration Department in cooperation with the Scientific Research Ethics Committee under the title (Ethical Approval: Tips and Advices) it was presented by Professor Dr. Ahlam Al-Shaer - Head of the faculty Ethics Committee. The workshop was held under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Sherif Khater - President of Mansoura University, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Hafez - Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research Affairs and the leadership of Prof. Dr. Amina El-Nemr - Dean of the College, and Prof. Dr. Nahed Qandil - Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies, Research and Supervision Prof. Dr. Hala Gabr - Head of of Nursing Administration Department and coordination of Dr. Amina Hassan Ahmed - Lecturer of Nursing Administration.
The workshop was attended by a group of faculty members, master's and doctoral students, and international students in both stages. The workshop dealt with the work mechanism of the Ethics Committee, the steps of submission, and the precautions that must be taken into account when preparing scientific research or master's and doctoral theses.
We were also honored by the presence of a group of faculty members from the corresponding nursing faculties in various Egyptian universities.

Supporting and empowering Strategies for postgraduate student to overcome challenges and obstacles for preparing research proposal in nursing administration

A symposium was held under the title "Strategies to Support and Empower Postgraduate Students to Overcome Challenges and Obstacles to Prepare a Research Proposal in Nursing Administration" on Saturday 11/5/2022 in the Printing Press Hall at 12:00 pm in the spirit of activating the role of the department and the plan for community service and environmental development. The general objective of the symposium was to activate the role of Nursing Administration Department in community service and environmental development inside and outside the faculty and university. One of the special objectives of the symposium is to support and raise the scientific research skills of the students of the third semester of the Master of Nursing Administration program who are enrolled in the program in 2021/2022, and to identify coping strategies. Challenges and overcoming obstacles.
Master's students attended the symposium and participated, also in attendance are some international students and some students who have denied the beginning of the research phase. The meeting continued Over more than two hours, it deals with some questions and inquiries of the attending students, clarifying some points of the effectiveness of scientific research, and recommending the repetition of such scientific meetings for new researchers.

Participation of Nursing Administration department in coordination of the 7th scientific gallery of Mansoura University held on central library - Mansoura University

Praise be to Allah, Faculty of Nursing participated today, Sunday, November 27, 2022.
Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Sherif Youssef Khater - President of Mansoura University, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Tariq Hafez, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Prof. Dr. Amina Mohamed Rashad El-Nimr, Dean of Faculty of Nursing - Mansoura University, and Prof. Dr. Abeer Mohamed Zakaria - Acting Dean of the College, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Nahed Attia Qandil, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research.The gallery was coordinated by Dr. Amina Hassan Ahmed - Lecturer of Nursing Administration.
The faculty contribution was by with 8 projects, 5 projects in the medical field, 2 projects in the scientific field, and the scientific field includedA smart T-shirt to measure body mechanics for (Maryam Zakaria Zaki Abdulaziz - Osama Mahmoud Sabry - Safia Osama Ibrahim _ Fatima Mahmoud Shaaban)- Designing an online unit to raise awareness of evidence-based practice methodology among healthcare professionals presented by Assist. Lecturer / Rania El-Sayed Mohamed El-Sayed.
The medical field included: An educational video for students about cardiopulmonary resuscitation for both (Iman Rashad Nabih - Shaza Mohsen Al Shafei). The effect of an educational comic story about preoperative guidance on the level of information and anxiety of children undergoing surgery. Submitted by Assist. Lecturer / Sarah Mostafa Hamza. - Saving a life provided by (Mohamed Ashraf Mohamed Abdou) - Deep vein thrombosis submitted by (Awad Ayman Awad).
Critical Care Nursing Handbook on the Ventilator Package Bundle, presented by Assist. Lecturer / Iman Yasser Hamouda. - Designing a health education video in sign language for deaf students regarding first aid in schools, submitted by Assist. Lecturer / Eman Saad Mohamed Mohamed El-Far.
The participants received certificates of appreciation by participating in the activities of the science gallery.
