The Faculty of Nursing at Mansoura University announces the opening of applications for the position of Director of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program 2026, in accordance with the criteria for selecting the Director of the Educational Program at the Faculty. Those wishing to apply should submit a formal application along with: a recent statement of employment status, a curriculum vitae, and a proposed vision for developing the program.

Applications should be submitted to the office of the Dean of the Faculty no later than December 7, 2026.

Criteria for selecting an educational program manager:

Possesses strong decision-making skills

Possesses guidance and leadership abilities

Possesses problem-solving skills

Possesses the ability to handle crises effectively

Possesses a thorough understanding of the laws, regulations, and procedures governing the work.

Completion of leadership and management training courses

Respect for subordinates and treating them fairly and equally

Adherence to work rules and ethics

Achievements during previous service in the grade prior to promotion

Ability to work as part of a team

Ability to foster a spirit of cooperation within the organization

Acceptance of the opportunity to assist subordinates during personal crises
