Faculty of Nursing Hosts Internal Audit Team for ISO 9001:180 Quality Management System from the Center for Excellence and Future Foresight at Mansoura University

 

On Wednesday and Thursday, November 26 and 27, 2025, the Faculty of Nursing at Mansoura University hosted the Internal Audit Team for ISO 9001:180 Quality Management System from the Center for Excellence and Future Foresight. This event was held under the auspices of Professor Dr. Sherif Khater, President of the University; Professor Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Azim, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Mr. Saad Abdel-Wahab, Secretary General of the University; Dr. Walid Tantawi, Assistant Secretary General for Education and Student Affairs and Head of the Internal Audit Team; and Dr. Bishoy El-Qass Sidhom Bishay, Director of the Center for Excellence and Future Foresight and Director of the Project to Qualify Mansoura University Faculties for ISO 9001 Certification

 

The review team was received by Professor Dr. Abeer Zakaria, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, and Professor Dr. Fatima Al-Imam, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development. They welcomed the team and affirmed the Faculty's full support for the review processes and institutional development efforts.

 

The review was conducted by the University's internal review team, which carried out a comprehensive evaluation of the Faculty's various units and departments to determine the extent of compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:180 standard.

 

This visit comes within the framework of the Center for Excellence and Future Foresight's plan to qualify Mansoura University's faculties to obtain ISO 9001:180 certification, paving the way for the awarding phase, and supporting the University's initiatives in establishing a culture of quality and institutional development.

 

At the conclusion of the visit, the Center for Excellence and Future Foresight wishes the Faculty of Nursing every success in its journey towards obtaining the quality certificate, affirming its continued technical support for the Faculty and all University units.
