As part of the continuous follow-up of international students studying at the Faculty of Nursing, Mansoura University, and in implementation of the directives of Prof. Abeer Mohamed Zakaria, Dean of the Faculty, and Prof. Awatef Hassan Kassem, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, a training workshop was held for international students from all four levels, titled “Clinical Injection Skills: From Practice to Mastery.”
The workshop covered the general rules that must be followed during injection procedures, the different types of injections, clarification of the instruments used, as well as the most common mistakes and how to avoid them.
The workshop was held on Wednesday, September 10, at 11:00 AM, in the Postgraduate Hall on the fourth floor, in the presence of Assoc. Prof. Wafaa Hamid Al-Shafie, International Students Coordinator, and delivered by Assistant Lecturer Mostafa Shawky Ahmed, Department of Medical-Surgical Nursing.
Prof. Abeer Mohamed Zakaria, Dean of the Faculty, emphasized the provision of all forms of support for international students, including monthly coordinated training workshops.
At the end of the workshop, the students expressed their sincere gratitude for the cooperation and support provided by the Faculty Administration and the International Students Unit.
