On Monday, October 14, 2024, the Faculty of Nursing held an orientation meeting for new postgraduate students under the patronage of:

- Prof. Dr. Sherif Khatir, President of Mansoura University
- Prof. Dr. Tarek Ghloush, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research
- Prof. Dr. Abir Zakaria, Acting Dean of the Faculty
- Prof. Dr. Nahed Kandil, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research

The event was attended by department heads, unit heads, academic advisors, postgraduate coordinators, and administrative staff from the Postgraduate Studies Department.

During the meeting, new students were welcomed and introduced to the academic system of the faculty, the procedures for applying to the Research Ethics Committee, and how to avoid plagiarism. Students were also guided on how to register for the Knowledge Bank and utilize its various resources, as well as the role of the academic advisor for postgraduate students.

At the end of the session, students had the opportunity to ask questions and clarify any queries they had.
