The unit aims to achieve its mission by achieving the following goals: -

• Developing creativity and innovation among students and employees of the college and its scientific and administrative departments.

The Creativity and Innovation Support Unit at the Faculty of Nursing - Mansoura University seeks to be a leader in the field of innovation and creativity by encouraging and supporting the spirit of entrepreneurship and competition in the labor market through its specialization and the participation of other specializations at the local and regional levels.

Mission:

The unit's mission aims to provide a creative environment to encourage students to put forward creative ideas and work innovative projects, provide them with consultations to raise thinking skills, and work to transform graduates with simple skills into graduates capable of competing in a creative way.

Creativity and innovation are two concepts that are often used interchangeably, but in reality they are very different. Creativity is the ability to come up with new ideas, while innovation is the process of taking those ideas and turning them into something useful. While creativity is necessary for innovation to occur, it is not sufficient alone. Innovation requires a combination of creative thinking, problem solving, and risk-taking to move an idea from concept to reality.
