In light of the keenness of the Faculty of Nursing, Mansoura University, to play its community awareness role in caring for all segments of society. Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Sherif Youssef Khater, President of Mansoura University, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Azim, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and the leadership of Prof. Dr. Abeer Mohamed Zakaria, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, and Prof. Dr. Wafaa Fathi Selim, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development. Under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Heba Noshy Abdel Aziz, Head of the Department of Elderly Nursing, and Prof. Dr. Sally Mohamed El-Sayed, Assistant Professor in the Department of Geriatric Nursing and coordinator of the event, and the presence of Prof. Dr. Wafaa Fathi Selim, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Heba Noshy Abdel Aziz, Head of the Department of Elderly Nursing, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wedad Saber Shafiq, a member of the Community Service and Environmental Development Committee at the Faculty, and a large number of faculty members and assistants of faculty members in the Department of Elderly Nursing.The Faculty of Nursing, Mansoura University, held an event to celebrate the International Day of the Elderly and the Arab Day for the Elderly under the title "Climate Change and the Health of the Elderly" on Thursday, October 17, 2024 at Al-Amal Club for Adults in Mansoura.
