Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Sherif Youssef Khater, President of Mansoura University, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Azim, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Dr. Abeer Mohamed Zakaria, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Prof. Dr. Fatima El-Imam, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Dr. Amani Mohamed Shebl, Head of the Department of Medical-Surgical Nursing, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Rasha Hassan, Director of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit at the Faculty and Coordinator of Community Service and Environmental Development in the Scientific Department, a workshop entitled "Marburg Virus Disease" was held on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at the Neurosurgery Department 4, on the first floor of the main university hospital building.
The workshop was presented by Asst. Prof. Dr. Iman Heggy, Assistant Professor of Medical-Surgical Nursing. The workshop contributed to understanding Marburg disease and methods of prevention in nursing settings. The workshop witnessed fruitful interaction from the distinguished attendees.
