Initiative workshop entitled "Developing the Skills of Employees in Crisis Management"
Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Sherif Khater, President of Mansoura University; Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Azim, Vice dean for community service and environmental development, and Leadership; Prof. Dr. Abeer Zakaria, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Mansoura University; Prof. Dr. Fatima El-Emam, Vice-Dean for community service and environmental development; Prof. Dr. Josphine Atef Abdel Majeed, Director of the Quality Assurance Unit; Dr. Hend Wagih, Deputy Director of Quality; and Asst. Prof. Dr. Nadia Youssef, Head of Administrative Standards.
The Faculty of Nursing, Mansoura University, held an initiative workshop entitled "Developing the Skills of Employees in Crisis Management" with the attendance of a number of faculty members, support staff, and administrative staff. This initiative is the first of its kind. The initiative addressed the following topics:
- The difference between a crisis and a problem
- Stages of crisis management
- Preparation - Discovery - Response - Recovery - Learning
