The final session of the workshop entitled "Guidelines for the development of the questionnaire/scale and its validation of the Scientific Research Ethics Committee at the Faculty of Nursing, Mansoura University" under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Sherif Youssef Khater - President of Mansoura University, Prof. Dr. Tarek Mustafa Ghalwash - Vice President for postgraduate Studies, Research, Cultural Relations and Leadership Prof. Dr. Abeer Mohamed Zakaria - Dean of the Faculty of Nursing - Mansoura University Prof. Dr. Nahed Attia Kandeel - Vice Dean of the Faculty of Postgraduate Studies, Research and Egyptian Cultural Relations and the workshop organized by Prof. Dr. Samar Al-Husseini Abdel Raouf - Professor of Community Health Nursing, Chief of the Scientific Research Ethics Committee and the trainer is Prof. Dr. Abdel Hadi Al-Jilani - Professor of Public Health - Faculty of Medicine - Mansoura University for four weeks at the Faculty of Nursing, Mansoura University. Online via Microsoft Teams and in attendance at Faculty of Nursing - Mansoura University, the following elements were discussed: - Types of questionnaire - Construction - Data collection methods - Strengths and limitations - Data coding - General guidelines.

At the end of the workshop activities, Prof. Dr. Abeer Zakaria - Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Dr. Nahed Kandeel - Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and Dr. Samar Al-Husseini - Head of the Scientific Research Ethics Committee honored Prof. Dr. Abdul Hadi Al-Jilani - Professor of Public Health, whose activities included distinguished practical scientists.
