The International Students Unit at the Faculty of Nursing, Mansoura University, congratulates researcher Faisal bin Hamad bin Eid Al-Otaibi on the successful defense of his Master's thesis in Nursing Administration, titled:
*"Mindfulness Among Nursing Unit Leaders and Its Relationship to the Professional Autonomy of Nurses at Al-Dawadmi Hospital in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia."*
