The first introductory meeting of Training and Qualification Unit at Faculty of Nursing
Under the patronage of Prof. Sherif Youssef Khater, President of Mansoura University, and the leadership of Prof. Ashraf Tarek Hafez - Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research.
And under the supervision of Prof. Amina El-Nemr - Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Prof. Mohammad Al-Alfy - Director of the University Performance Development Center, Prof. Nahed Attia Qandil - Vice Dean of the Faculty for Postgraduate Studies and Research.

Prof. Abdul Rahman Mujahid - Director of the Training and Qualification Unit at the University Performance Development Center
It took place on Wednesday 3/8/2023 in the conference hall of the Faculty of Nursing
The first introductory meeting at the Faculty of Nursing in cooperation with the University Performance Development Center, where Prof. Mohammad Al-Alfy, Director of the University Performance Development Center, announced the services and courses provided by the Center to faculty members, the supporting staff, the administrative staff, and students.
Prof. Mohamed Al-Alfy mentioned that the center offers a comprehensive set of programs and services that are unique to the University Performance Development Center at Mansoura University at the level of Egyptian universities, including
FLDP Program
Cultural Development Program
Journal of University Performance Development
Continuing training and qualification unit
Statistical Consultation Unit
Authorship and Translation Unit
Administrative Development Unit
His Excellency mentioned the importance of these programs and services in developing international publishing and the statistical and linguistic accuracy of scientific research.
Prof. Abdul Rahman Mujahid, mentioned the role of the Public Service Unit at the Faculty of Nursing in activating the courses, and that the center is in the process of contracting with the unit to implement some courses in the areas of specialization of the Faculty of Nursing.
In conclusion, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Al-Alfy urged everyone about the importance of participating in various programs and services to develop and benefit from what is new.
