Measurement and evaluation are active, ongoing, and comprehensive processes. Their importance lies in ensuring the quality of the educational process through the implementation of effective and objective assessment methods, and in enhancing educational outcomes by evaluating the extent to which the defined learning objectives of academic programs are achieved.

The Measurement and Evaluation Unit at the Faculty of Nursing aspires to achieve excellence in assessment practices by activating its role based on scientific foundations and standards. This includes adopting and developing appropriate and effective mechanisms and strategies for assessment and evaluation to meet the demands of continuous improvement and development. These efforts significantly contribute to enhancing the reputation of the Faculty of Nursing – Mansoura University and to the fulfillment of its scientific and national goals.

We are all aware that the Faculty of Nursing offers its students academic programs and curricula that help develop both scientific and practical skills in an outstanding manner, preparing them to serve in university hospitals as competent nursing professionals and to be true ambassadors of the nursing profession—both within Egypt and abroad. Furthermore, the faculty supplies the labor market with highly qualified nursing specialists who are capable of competing at the local, regional, and international levels—particularly in an era marked by globalization and free-market dynamics.
